Description: Dukang Red" is a high-quality staple liquor produced in Yichuan, known as the "Oriental Two Rivers Civilization." This region is blessed with excellent mountains, water, and ecology, making it a natural treasure for winemaking over thousands of years.

As the saying goes, "A thousand-year-old cellar, ten-thousand-year-old mash, good wine still needs old cellar mud." The more microorganisms present in the cellar mud, the higher their activity and the older the cellar, the richer the aroma substances in the original wine.

The brewing workshop of the Yichuan Dukang Distillery is situated right on the millennium-old riverbed of the Yihe River. The soil here is extremely conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. These unique natural conditions, combined with the unique microbial communities fostered over thousands of years of winemaking, have created the distinctive style and characteristics of Yichuan Dukang liquor.
