XingHuaCun Fen Chiew 30yrs (53%) 杏花村汾酒 30年复兴国际
This baijiu from the Fen Chiew range, produced by Fenjiu in China, is allowed to age for 30 years in ceramic vessels, before being bottle up at 53% ABV. It shows off an intriguing balance of honeyed sweetness with savoury notes, making it a great spirit for pairing with food.
XingHuaCun Fen Chiew (42%) 杏花村汾酒
This classic Chinese Baijiu is fermented underground with sorghum. The first of cotton, sweet mouth, drink after the lingering fragrance, long after taste.
XingHuaCun Chu Yeh Ching Chiew (45%) 杏花村竹叶青酒
With quality Fen Chiew as base, Chu Yeh Ching Chiew is meticulously made by adding green bamboo leaves, crystal and soft sugars. Its sweetly mellow in composition, golden yellow in colour and refreshingly elegant in fragrance, combining colour, fragrance and tasting to a perfect whole. Served with appropriate amount of ice or mineral water. It’ll taste better.
