Jiangxiaobai is a contemporary Chinese baijiu brand from Chongqing, created with a vision to introduce traditional Chinese spirits to a new generation of drinkers. Produced by Jiangji Distillery in Baisha, Jiangjin District, the brand combines established baijiu-making craftsmanship with a fresh, modern approach to flavour, design and drinking culture.

Best known for its light-aroma baijiu, Jiangxiaobai focuses on a flavour philosophy of “Smooth, Light and Pure.” Its Pure Collection is made using sorghum and water, with traditional solid-state fermentation techniques helping to create a clean and approachable expression of Chinese baijiu.
