Lang Jiu

Langjiu is one of China’s most renowned baijiu brands, originating from Gulin County in Sichuan Province, an area celebrated for its exceptional natural environment and long tradition of baijiu production. Its home lies along the Chishui River, a region closely associated with some of China’s most prestigious baijiu.

Best known for its distinctive sauce-aroma (Jiangxiang) baijiu, Langjiu combines traditional Chinese brewing craftsmanship with the unique climate, water and microbial environment of the Chishui River valley. Its production involves an intricate process of fermentation, distillation, ageing and blending, creating spirits with remarkable depth and character.

One of the defining features of Langjiu is its approach to ageing and maturation. The spirit is naturally aged in the Tianbao Cave complex, where stable conditions provide a distinctive environment for maturation before blending and bottling.
